TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Rules, regulations, roster forms and pool schedules will be sent 1–2 weeks prior to the tournament, depending on the registration deadline.

Schedules and brackets may also be available through Tourney Machine.

Saturday & Sunday Play

Bracket play may begin immediately following pool play on Saturday.

Sunday game times will depend on seeding and bracket placement.

Team Check-In

All teams must sign in at Raymond Diamonds before their first pool-play game.

The sign-in table will be located near the concession stand.

Required Documentation

Please have birth certificates available during your stay at the tournament.

🌧️ WEATHER & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our tournament staff will make every effort to keep games going during inclement weather.

Weather decisions will be made as conditions develop, with game modifications and weather procedures outlined in the tournament rules and regulations.

Cancellation Is a Last Resort

If weather forces the tournament to be completely cancelled, teams will be reimbursed a percentage of their entry fee based on the number of games played.

Reimbursements will be calculated after applicable tournament expenses, including:

• Umpire fees

• Trophy/award expenses

• Other tournament-related expenses

Teams may also receive a discount toward a future Wisconsin Twisters-hosted tournament.
