Wisconsin Twisters: A Values-Based Organization

The Wisconsin Twisters organization is proud to announce that we are officially a Values-Based Organization, committed to living out the principles that guide our decisions and interactions. Our shared values, represented by the acronym FILTER, stand for Family, Integrity, Loyalty, Teamwork, Encouragement, and Respect. These values are the foundation of our culture and align with our mission to foster the growth and moral character of all participants.

Our Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and behaviors of all members, including players, coaches, parents, and supporters, ensuring that our environment remains positive, safe, and in alignment with our core values.

Values:

  • Family: The Wisconsin Twisters is a community where family values thrive, and everyone feels a sense of belonging.

  • Integrity: We uphold honesty and strong moral principles, guiding all decisions and actions on and off the field.

  • Loyalty: We commit to supporting one another, staying true to our team and our mission.

  • Teamwork: Success is a collective effort. We emphasize collaboration and mutual support to achieve our goals.

  • Encouragement: We foster a motivating atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to reach their full potential.

  • Respect: All individuals are treated with dignity and fairness, creating an environment of mutual respect.

Code of Conduct Highlights:

  • Players are expected to represent themselves and the Twisters with pride, playing with intensity and supporting their teammates on and off the field.

  • Coaches lead by example, promoting sportsmanship, fair play, and prioritizing the physical and emotional well-being of players over winning.

  • Parents are role models, offering positive support, respecting the game, and using the appropriate channels to address concerns.

By embracing our FILTER values and adhering to the Code of Conduct, the Wisconsin Twisters cultivates a thriving environment for athletes, coaches, and families, reinforcing a culture that unites and strengthens our entire community.
